My Real Estate team consists of myself, my affiliate, Jan Shapiro, and my assitant, Norm Kaneko.  We are here to help resolve you Real Estate needs.

About Dale

I live my life wanting to make a positive difference in the people’s lives I touch daily. I've been a Realtor since 1991 and love what I do. I specialize in the neighborhoods around the University of Washington which include Bryant, Ravenna, Laurelhurst, Wedgwood, View Ridge, Hawthorne Hills and others.

I am fortunate to have a supportive family who encourages me to do and be the best I can.  My husband and I were born and raised in Hawaii, met in high school and grew to be good friends, working together with young people.  We later got married, moved to the ‘mainland’ and have lived in Seattle since 1975. We are grateful to have three healthy children, who keep us challenged with their own activities.

I give of myself to others to show my gratitude. I have been a Block Watch Captain for five years. I volunteer at our children's schools and host a club track and field website.

About Jan

She’s an experienced agent and has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1976.  She has a caring attitude and wants you to attain your real estate goals.  She and Dale work very nicely with each other, complimenting their time and schedules to meet your needs.

About Norm

Norm has recently joined me full-time as a real estate assistant. He left his high-tech career, as a lot of those opportunites are currently being outsouced.
