Buying a Home
Buying a home is a big task and can get complex.
To make this process as smooth and low-stress as possible, I meet with you for an initial consultation, which lasts about an hour. During that time, we discuss your needs and concerns, the process, the costs, the people involved, what homes are available and anything else that you'd like to talk about. You also receive a resource binder to manage this process. Throughout the process, I am available to you via email or mobile phone. I also have a pocketnet phone which gives me the capability of being in touch via email, too.
The main objective is for you to purchase a home that you can appreciate and feel good that it met your needs and goals. I am here to help make that happen.
